A Session/Lesson plan is the instructor’s road map of what learners/Trainees need to learn and how it will be done effectively during class time. Before you plan your Session/Lesson, you must identify the learning objectives for the class meeting. Then, you can design appropriate learning activities and develop strategies to obtain feedback.
Cooperative training/learning can be promoted, and what cooperative learning's potential for changing how learning takes place, how the instructor interacts, and how individual educators can become more reflective and skilled in implementing cooperative training/learning in the classroom
Learners/Trainees participate actively and confidently as a result of the Trainer/Instructor differentiated instructions and motivation strategies such as grading students’ work.
